We are an African wood products company. Our primary business is the exportation of tropical hardwoods from Africa to the United States.  Ngambe Inc was formed in 2005, when one of its founders traveled to Africa looking for wood to complete a sculpture. During this trip, he was taken a back by the hospitality that was reserved to him. Furthermore, having been raised in the Pacific Northwest, he had a great appreciation for nature and adventure. 

The beauty of the African woods with their clarity, tight grain patterns and astounding sizes led him to believe that a market  could be developed for these products in the United States.  The philosophy was very simple : Provide rare woods with unmatched quality at very affordable prices while creating jobs in Africa.
